Quiet Guinea
It looks just like our hens.
We tell by the fact that the horn on the females looks like someone smeared it on with a trowel - it is kind of flat and pointy at the back.
Also you can tell from their voice - females say 'K-qurak' or at least that's how I'd translate it. Males just 'chitter' and 'chit chit chit chit cheeer...'
Also, though this is a very very tentative sign, females often have flat wattle things, and smaller, and males often have them curving out and bigger and redder.
Females also often have longer bodies, and walk lower apart from when they're 'K-qurak'ing.
I'd say hen.
