great idea
may i make a couple of suggestions
it looks like you have used 13mm 1/2" low density poly pipe? if so an inline tap placed near the outlet on the drum may come in handy incase something goes wrong down the end of the line and you dont end up loosing 20l of water on the ground.
secondly if you wanted to get more technical and have access to pressurized water you could mount a small float valve on the inside of the 20 L drum (you may have to cut the top off).
still a great way just the way you have done it though
